Anthony DiLodovico – (Tony D) OCSCD Board Member Emeritus passed away suddenly on August 11, while traveling in Naples, Italy with his family.  Tony served the District for 21 years and selflessly provided a unique perspective and expertise that proved to be invaluable to operations and District growth.  He offered a first-hand understanding of the regulated community’s interpretation of the SESC Program’s regulations and provided appropriate advice regarding implementation and communication of the rules and regulations pertaining to environmental policy in New Jersey.  His knowledge of and involvement with numerous professional organizations, as well as serving on several committees and work groups for the NJ Department of Environmental Protection fulfilled a needed role for the District.  After relocating to Pennsylvania to be closer to his children, Tony continued to offer his expertise to the District by serving as an Emeritus Board Member.
